Terms and conditions for hotel reservations
Confirmation of hotel reservation is issued irrevocably for the period specified and guests hold liability for the entire specified period irrespective of late arrival or early departure at/from the hotel Entire advance amount shall be forfeited in case of guest canceling the reservation or failing to check-in on due date. In case hotel is unable to provide accommodation, due to any unforeseen circumstances, alternate accommodation or refund will be provided, and the customer will have no claim against it.
